4. Pricing, Promotional Availability & Errors

Except where noted otherwise, the promotional price displayed for products on R35 Discount Store represents the full retail price listed on the item, estimated foreign retail value, or a suggested retail price. Due to our high-volume warehouse clearance sales, items in your shopping cart may occasionally misprice or run out of stock before checkout is completed. We reserve the right to cancel orders or adjust pricing in the event of system errors.

5. Risk of Loss, Shipping & Delivery

All purchases of physical items from R35 Discount Store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Delivery addresses must be located within South Africa. Estimated transit times vary based on regional courier schedules across Limpopo and nationwide.

6. Returns, Refunds and Title

R35 Discount Store does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. Clearance items sold under promotional R35 / R163 events are subject to final sale rules unless defective upon arrival. For support inquiries, contact our customer hotline at 083 923 0670.

7. Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your visit to R35 Discount Store or to products or services sold or distributed by R35 Discount Store will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
